No. There is no setup fee on Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans with custom ERP integration may include an implementation fee discussed in the sales process.
You can export your full ledger data and all disclosures at any time before cancellation. After your subscription ends, data is retained for 60 days before deletion — giving you time to complete any outstanding exports.
All data is processed and stored exclusively on German servers. CarbSynq GmbH is registered in Berlin, Germany. Full GDPR compliance is built into the platform architecture. Enterprise customers receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as standard.
